4. Intellectual Property Rights

All original content, branding, website design, and proprietary code on TestsAndTools are the intellectual property of our team. However, any text, data, or output generated by our tools (e.g., a generated Secret Santa list, a random name, or calculated profit margins) belongs to you, the user. You are free to use the generated results for both personal and commercial purposes.
